I have lived here for almost two years now and the new management is a welcome change. They are courteous, friendly and have an open door policy as far as resident recommendations . (Plus they bake fresh cookies for residents daily) Overall a nice place to live and an engaged management staff.

Seriously - how dumb does mgt think people are. Courteous and friendly my a$$. All the baked cookies in the world can't make up for the way they treat their residents.

YEAH NICE TRY!!!! when the apts own mgt has to come on here to boost the ratings...well thats really saying something!!

My wife and I moved to Villas of St. Moritz. It is located at Medical and Lamb Road just off Babcock. We lived at Promontory for 2.5 years and it was a disaster. Bottom line was safety was an issue. Of course rent increases, reduced services, and poor management were present but safety was the primary concern. St. Moritz was a great place to live. We were there 1.5 yrs. Rent was $680 for a 2 bed 1 bath... apartment #803. Management was great and the service staff was responsive. Coleen is the office manager... I think that his her name. You can see our experience at Promontory detailed on my posting (04/07/2006 CUDOS TO MANAGEMENT. MUST READ.). We had quite a bad experience with several issues.
