This is the worse place to live!! the tennis courts are HORRIBLE!!! it is way overpriced...i guess thats why rent prices have dropped!! dont even try to visit anyone here unless you plan on taking a cab because there is NOOO parking (especially around building 4). Our cieling has water leak stains on it and looks as if its going to fall down any second and mgt doesnt care. also they try to charge you for everything!!!! they tried to charge us for new carpet even after the maintanance lady said they were going to change it anyways. And dont feel to safe around here, the gates NEVER work! if you do come though watch out for the potholes on the road behind the office. The heated pool is never heated so beware. All mgt cares about is making money and not thier residents. I tried to get an additional assigned parking spot and the lady in the office was a total B*TCH. she said "well we have 318 available" and I asked where that was, she responded, " well you'll have to drive around and look for it!" finally I considered renting a one bedroom and the lady in the leasing office said they couldnt show me one unless i signed the lease for that unit. yeah like im going to rent without looking. all have to say is I cant wait to be out of here in a month!!
