Bottom line: Good luck getting into or out of this amateurly/idiotically run complex. Go elswhere and save yourself the trouble and aggravation. New management tried to solve rampant crime by limiting access to the 3 gates of this very large property. Took away remotes, now only one exit gate. Good luck trying to get in to your apartment because of the ongoing gate disaster. Now you have to enter up a winding road worse than Lombard street. Traffic stacks trying to get into the complex or out onto Medical Drive. Accidents happen regulary both at gates and trying to exit/enter. Management totally unresponsive, cluless and non-professional when approached about the situation.
