After reading some of the comments by these other residents, I honestly have nothing more to add. Obviously, this is a terrible place to live and a waste of money and patience.

I agree with everything posted regarding Prom. Pointe! Absurd about rent rates, mngmnt. is totally aloof to the residents needs, and the crime in and of the surrounding areas is rampant! I have lived here for 2 yrs now - YES - 2 yrs and withstand Prom. Pointe for only one factor - I get partial per diem from my ofc. to live here...only reason! It will change however due to the crime - not worth the minimal per diem if you have to risk your life, or vandalism to your vehicle and/or to your apartment! The management "team" here is very unprofessional and doesn't care AT ALL about the residents - DO NOT MOVE HERE - looks good on the outside but it is not worth it - SERIOUSLY!

sound like you did the last few reviews must have gotten a car towed or you owe them money 2 years is a long time to live at a community you don't like. Per diem is available at any community your choice

I glad i didnt move here. It looks so pretty on the outside, but then i researched the crime rate!
