I have been there for 6 months and I can't wait to leave! The noise at night is unbearable and there is no parking. I get nervous if I get home after 5pm because I never know if I'll find a spot or if I'll have to walk across the entire complex. I just got my car towed because it was in an unauthorized spot.

Save yourself. Don't come here!

ha ha ha... thats funny (illegal resident...probably) That stinks that you were towed, but like you said, it was an unauthorized spot. that makes too much sense doesn't it

wtf is "illegal resident" supposed to mean? Each apartment gets ONE assigned parking spot, no matter how many people legally live in your apartment (easily 4 people can live in a 2 bedroom apartment). If you pay an extra 300 a year you can get ONE MORE spot. So what about the other 2 people who live in the apartment? And what about GUESTS? Where the **** are they supposed to park? Is mgt trying to say we are not allowed to have a guest at our apartments?

I am thinking of suing this complex as they reported to me to collection agency. I woud appreciate if you could mail me your phone your email address so that I could expose them. My email address is cheenu4@yahoo.com. If you still live at this property, that would be very helpful.
