Management is hostile to tenants, parking is a nightmare. Safety is obvious concern as there are patrol cars circling the complex throughout the day. First apartment toured smelled like a wet dog. There was a water puddle taking up half the kitchen and the bath tubs were filthy. The apartment was described as "ready to move in". The gym is a joke. There are dumbells littered all over the floor and the equipment is second rate stuff. The "greenbelt" behind property is a dog ---- landmine field. 2 of 3 of the dog bag outlets for poop are usually empty. The Putting green is artificial turf and littered with sand and leaves(unusable). Maintenance is a joke as well. Call something in for repair and staff acts like you are putting them out. Lucky to get someone by for about a week. Good location but terrible experience so far!

I think you are totaly fabricating your comments. I moved in and everythng was fine. They have patrols in the evening, which I rather enjoy. They are putting in alarms in every apartment free of charge. Have you called the office about the landmines because everytime I call they address every issue with in a couple of days. What is up with all of you people. I would like to also say the vast majority of my freinds that live here are Med Students. Great place to live these peeps probably owe money. That always does it.

Let's see the property is about 11 years old, they have 600 aprtments, ratings have been going on for 10 years there are 100 ngative responses. You do the MATH. You must live an terrible world. Mine is good, but I pay my bills and abide by policies. DO YOU!!!That is the question.

drgivemethenews sure does know a lot about the history of prom. point considering that they claim to be a resident....and it sure is funny that they logged onto apartmentratings.com just to respond to people's warnings of the misery at prom. point and not to write an actual review.
