very bad experience here. staff is usless, I dont know why they work there if they hate it soo much. felt very unsafe, breakins occured often (apts. and cars). parking is bad, they tow you even if you are parked legally. we had water heater issues in the winter and AC problems in the summer. the ceiling was peeling and they didnt bother to fix it. when we moved out the maintenance lady pulled up the carpet and then decided it was ok but they charges us a restretching fee' whatever... I was just glad to move. and for whomever it is that keeps blaming the tennants for these issues...legally it is the complex's responsibility to fix these things. and guess what... I ALWAYS paid my rent on time!!! thats why I was able to rent elsewhere and still have REALLY good credit (MORON)!!
