Your car will be stolen AND months after you move out a credit agency will call you looking for more money!!! They want hundreds of dollars for what' I always paid ontime and left the apartment in pristine condition. And oh yeah, credit agency CANT tell me why I owe money just that they are threatening my credit--they dont know why and they dont care.
Save yourself, do not pay these people! They will take your $$$ and keep on taking!

I'm with you! Just take a drive around the complex and you can see the latest victim of car burglars, but don't worry...they have a security guard that makes two rounds per night :P

Hey - Did you pay to collection agency? They have sent my account to collection agency as well. I plan to sue them. Can you please email me at cheenu4@yahoo.com?

we had the same problem with being sent to a collection agency for supposedly not giving 60 days notice when we got a note on our door saying we didn't have to. does anyone have a copy of a note like this as we tossed ours as supposedly any verbal or notice like this superceeds the contract. They try to claim we don't give the 60 day written notice and tell us verbal is ok then deny later it happened. then to collection agency with no notice.
