I used to live at Promontory a year ago and I hated every minute of it. Our apartment was always infested with ants and every other bug you could possibly think of. I lived at 4 previous apartment complexes and not one of the ever had bugs in them. The parking..one word...terrible. Spots are assigned to each apartment and living with a roommate, we would always fight for the spot. If we came home late at night, we would have to park on the other side of the complex, go up a hill and walk really far. Plus I never felt safe here. We constantly got strange people knocking on our door in the middle of the night that looked like they wanted to hurt us. My room had a big window by the door to the outside and I was always so scared to sleep by the window. The staff was always really rude as well and the work out room was pathetic. They might as well have not put a work out room in the complex. Taking out the trash was so difficult, they put trash cans like miles away from the complex. Cars constantly getting broken in to and I never felt safe there. They looked nice from the outside but a total nightmare to live in.
