I have lived in several apartments over the years and this by far was the worst experience ever. Loud neighbors, people knocking on your door in the middle of the night, unsafe grounds/Section 8 housing next door, vehicle damage/theft, you name it, it's here. The staff could care less. If this is appealing to you, then by all means, move in here. If not, avoid this place like the plague.

I am thinking of suing this complex as they reported to me to collection agency. I woud appreciate if you could mail me your phone your email address so that I could expose them. My email address is cheenu4@yahoo.com. If you still live at this property, that would be very helpful.

Just an update. After leaving this place, months later, I received a call from a collection agency. I never received a letter from them explaining why my deposit was not refunded or explaining the charges incurred. I am contacting the AG's office to file a complaint as the apartment office is required to send a notice within 30 days of leaving the apartment explaining what happened with your deposit and what expenses were incurred due to damages. This just kills me. I never even put pictures up in this place and the walls were left just as I had seen them when I moved in!! I would reccomend that anyone who has had a problem with this complex, FILE A COMPLAINT with the AG's office!! This is not fair housing!!
