i lived here the past year and just moved out. where should i start''!! the apt staff is not helpful at all and they are very rude. they lost my rent check twice and they never informed me about it...i had to call when i noticed the check never got cashed. then i had to pay to get a stop payment from my bank, then go out of my way to get them a money order! our a/c broke during the hot summer and they took 2 days to come fix it...if its under a certain temperature outside its not considered an emergency..umm when its 95 degrees in my apt i think its considered an emergency, but not to them! my boyfriends car got broken into once and someone tried 2 other times but those werent successful..not to mention our neighbors back 2 tires were totally stolen off her car in the middle of the night. we keep our apt clean and the roaches here are really bad...not to mention HUGE!! we have called over and over and they say they come to spray and it makes no difference at all!! then all the ghetto people that live next to us totally take over the pool EVERY weekend. there is like 100 people there all day every day on the weekends and 90% of them live next door in the section 8 housing. the gates are always broken so its easy for them to get in and out. there was also a shooting at the carwash across the street right after we moved in. when we signed the lease we asked them for an extra parking space (they give you 1 space for a 2 bedroom apt) that cost an extra $25 a month and when we got our keys and parking passes the day of move-in it was like a mile away from our apt. we asked if we could get one closer or get the extra parking spot off our lease and they said no, so we paid an extra $300 for a whole year for absolutley nothing! thanks for the great customer service guys!! and a waste of over $12,000 in rent for the horrible year my room-mate and i lived here!!!

You forgot the mold in the bathrooms that is painted over so you won't see it the first week that you move in. Oh the lies they tell you before you sign the lease.
