They are Frauds, I filled an application last month and they told me that $100 is refundable and #65 is not whch is the applcation fee. we went to check the aprtment they prepared for us and it was old carpet , wood floor in the kitchen was dirty and starting to come off. Sink in the bathroom had patches of white paint, the managemant said that this is what you are gonna get. ( This is when we have not even signed the lease.....)
And to top it off , now they are saying that we are not going to get any money back..... SUCH LIERS.
they are very rude, and according to them we have forfeited our money when we decided not to go ahead with the move. I wouldnt live there for anything, I am fortunate we didnt sign the lease
Can anybody help us with getting our money back, I was thinking of making a formal complaint with the Renters Association.

This complex has by far the best staff in San Antonio!!! Their honest and respect for residents will win you over before you even view the property.My roommate and I were considering moving back home due to the rudeness of the locals here in general and our piss poor experience at our previous property where the manager was a bold faced liar at best, but now we are confident that our stay here will continue to be COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY!
