Maintenance is lousy, a/c has failed multiple times, little interest by resident managers/complex managers, etc.. Recommend you look somewhere else, we are. Update: 10-20-05 Apparently overall management is Commercial Investment Services. (2) attempts to contact CIS to solve problems, no interest seen from them. I will be looking for new housing, but certainly want to avoid any complex having any involvement with CIS. Avoid them like the plague.
