This place is very expensive and the manager is schizo. You are better off renting or buying a home. It's cheaper. Many of my neighbors have broken their leases. There's a bunch of empty units because people are tired of the management. Wood chips are everywhere on the lawn. The corners of the bathtub are lower than the drain, so it mildews easily. There's lots of crime even though it's a nice neighborhood. The walls are very thin. Many rich brats who live there on their daddy's money throw parties, but the older neighbors are nice. Easy access to I-10, 410, and 1604. Ample storage.
