If you believe the 3/24/06 review was written by anyone other than management, you are crazy.

These apartments must have been built by the lowest possible bidder!! And the manager is totally evil!! And there is absolutely no parking for any guests!!

The apartment next to mine had to be permanently vacated when the exterior wall cracked totally in half!

The walls are sooo thin that I have to hear everything from my neighbor's apartment, and I mean everything! No privacy!!

There's no insulation so the electricity bill was $250 for every summer month!! Plus they built the bedrooms over the garages so they are constantly hot!!

The wiring is so bad! The fuse has blown twice... I was just waiting to come home to find my apartment burned down due to an electrical fire.

Worst of all, some valve busted in my apartment on a Saturday evening (mind you this is supposed to be a new luxury apartment) and water was going everywhere. We could only talk to the answering service! The manager wouldn't even call us, she just sent messages through them! Three hours later maintenance showed up (by that time water was literally coming out of the exterior walls like some horror film). He said he could fix it that night (so we could have our water turned back on), but he would have to get an okay from the manager. He never came back. We didn't have any water until Monday afternoon!! And they left a hole in my wall!! Furthermore, the water extraction people had to come Saturday, Sunday and Monday just to get the water out of my carpet and drywall!!

Did the manager show any concern or take a tidbit off of my $1065 rent' No! Now they're telling me I have to pay $1000 to replace the carpet due to "stains". There are no stains!! They're trying to make me pay for their flood damage!

Oh yeah, and they're so rude and nosy. During Hurricane Katrina, a couple from Louisiana stayed at our apartment. They were only here for a week, and mind you their license plates read "Louisiana", but management left us some nasty note saying if our guests intended to stay longer than 10 days they needed to be on our lease.

The maintenance man is so much more pleasant than the manager. He waves to everyone; she just stares. She is so incredibly abrasive, I honestly don't know how she could have ever been hired for such a people person position!

This place sucks, there is absolutely no reason to live here!
