We stayed here for 9 months while waiting for our home to be built. This is a nice upscale place that felt like a home instead of the typical triple decker apt. project. The garages were a real bonus, being able to store all of our excess items really helped. Management and other tenants were really nice.

What was your average bill for air conditioning? Is it true that the walls are very poorly insulated thereby causing the unit to be very hot during the summer months? Also, is it true that the walls are super thin and you can hear every noise from you neighbors? I would greatly appreciate your input as I am considering renting at the Providence. Thanks. |
