I am definitely renewing my lease. This location near the medical center can't be beat. Other communities are located on crowded high traffic streets surrounding by commercial buildings and mega apartment complexes. Not this place, the neighborhood is very residential. Its easy to take a nice walk in the neighborhood. I like the private direct access garages as well
