I really wish I would have read the good bad and UGLY on this place. All of the ugly and bad I now experience. And yes, the manager is terrible. Not only is she rude but she sales you lies. PARKING''''' If you have freinds and family come to visit you may as well meet them for dinner elsewhere as there is no place anywhere near your townhome for them to park. The noise level is so bad that I wake several time a night ALL HOURS listnening to my neigbors go up and down the stairs. It actually sounds like somebody is in your home!!! Just last week I came home to have a the light fixture above come crashing down on my brand new car, not to mention the day before my shower curtian falling on my nieces head. Never reported it as I do not want to deal with the manager as she is very short kurt and always seems to turn the problem on the tenent. New tenents beware this is not the place it appears to be!!!

What is the manager's name? We were thinking of renting from this place but if it is that bad, I need to see if she is still there.
