You know, one would assume that if the manager is not an asset to the community, as would appear by the multiple times people have commented on life at Providence Estate Loudhomes, the owners would realize this and get rid of the imbecile. However, since the owners and/or management company may not know of all the drama she puts her residents through I will help those out who may be having their own problems with the manager at Providence "Estates."

I experienced my own nightmare drama living at Providence and I will NEVER refer anyone to that hell-hole as long as she (we all know her name)pretends to run the place. Yes, it is nice to live without neighbors above you, but big deal, you still every word, tv and people running up and down stairs cases that have shared walls. You'll also be privileged to hear your neighbors garage door go up and down every day, yay! It would also help if the apartments were better insulated and the A/C units were big enough to actually cool the apartment. Funny, how many vacants apartments there are there when down the street at Siena Ridge they're 100% full....I'm telling you, Commercial Investment Management LLC should ditch the witch and make the switch! and FAST!

Lastly, word of advice, save every correspondance you have with the , you WILL need it someday.
