We have lived in this apartment for 1 year, during which we have been broken into twice. We have maintenance issues (nonworking electrical outlets & soot coming from the vents) that were reported within one week of moving in that still have not been corrected. Parts of the parking lot flood and you have to walk through standing water and some times sewage to get to your car. There is constant noise late at night, including fighting and gunfire. My teenage son has been approached numerous times by residents offering to sell him drugs. The only bright spot is the office staff. While they are limited in what they can do because of funding, they attempt to do the best that they can and are concerned with any problems reported. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
