A beautiful complex which could be the best except for the twenty something year old power and control meglamaniacal staff, the almost total lack of guest parking and the constant threat of towing, and the 500 square feet of dog crap covered grass. How about this latest rule "If you have a guest parked in guest parking, the MUST get a permit from our management office...Though it is not necessary that we give notice prior to towing..." Sounds like a real friendly place, doesn't it. The main gate stays open long enough for a parade, and the gates to the pool have been chained for months. Even with a discounted rent, it is little wonder they have problems renting these places. I understand getting a deposit back is next to impossible, as evidenced by the number of times they have been sued. And don't forget that mandatory $10 per blind dusting fee at the end of the lease, or being charged for replacement of the cheapest carpet money can buy...all standard procedures for this place. I cannot wait to leave and say goodbye to my deposit and the worst living experience I have ever had.
