I had the worst experience living at the Quarry Luxury Townhomes. I hope people smart up and not rent or even consider buying a place here. Where to start...
1. Parking - for tenants isn't a bad thing as there are garage with each unit. However, if you have guests, then forget about it. Not only do you have to get a permit for your guests to park in the visitor's parking spaces. You also must warm them that parking space is badly designed so they must be careful when they try to park.
2. Noise - the walls are paper-thinned. Lucky for me, I only have one neighbor on one side of my unit. However, I can hear when they are taking a shower, a hear their conversations, music, garage door opening and closing, etc, etc.
3. Construction - is poor at best. Everything falls apart. My laundry closet doesn't open and close properly as it is missing screws. The walls are incredibly thin and badly insulated thus you pay a lot of money for electricity for running your heater in the winter. Since the building is badly designed, the upstairs are ungodly hot unless you pay an outrageous amount of money for your electricity to run the AC.
4. Maintenance - one word SUCKS!!! First, there is no such things as 24hr emergency maintenance service even though it states it on your lease. Several times I had afterhours emergency maintenance problems and maintenance staff would not come to fix the problems. They tries to resolve it in the morning but then you have to make sure to come back and check during your working hours or else you run the risks of the problems not being fixed again until the following days as they do not respond to 24 hour maintenance service... I had this problems with all of my 6 smoke alarms going off at 2am and I wasn't able to reset the units. No one came to fix the problems even when I called them 6 times so they can hear the awful alarm sounds. Finally when they finally decide to show up to fix the problem, it took them a couple of times to get it right. My water heater broke down 3 times. Twice it was broken afterhours and again I could not get someone to come and fix the water heater in the cold winter days. Last but not least, I spotted rodents in my unit. They took care of the problem right away unfortunately, the traps set out for the rodents seem much more appropriate for cockroaches as there were not baits. When I tell the staff that they probably not going to catch any rodents with the traps they set out, they didn't seem to care. That was the last straw. So I put in my 30 days notice to leave... cannot wait to get out of there....
I tried to contact upper management and I could not get them to return my call. Overall a terrible experience, with unhelpful manager and irresponsible upper management. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Staff member is only friendly if you don't have anything to ask. However, if you have any issues afterhours then just forget about it as there will be some excuse why they can't come out to fix your emergency issues. When they do get around to fixing it in the morning it will take many tries and attempts before the issues/problems are resolved. Furthermore, insulations are bad causing very high electric bills in the winter and it is badly designed which causes the place to be extremely hot in the summer causing large electric bills for AC. There aren't much parking space for visitors. Overall the Quarry Townhomes is definitely not recommended especially when you are looking for luxury accomodations.
