There is not enough space to type all the problems with this property. The ONLY plus to his outrageously priced property is LOCATION. I have never seen such unprofessional disorganized and rude property managers in my life. After living there for a reasonalble amount of time, the management change three times. What does that tell you' The developers of this property squeezed everything in tight and UP. No parking for guests and every unit is vertical. Come on, this is not New York. Greedy developers made it "look pretty", but everything is made of cheap apartment grade constructions. Nothing is level, floors slope, cheap "wood stuff" flooring and disposible carpeting. Not to mention the paper thin walls and non tinted or non insulated windows that not only allowed in mega heat in the summer, but every sound and conversation from the "canyon" between the buildings. To top it off, pets now pay rent, not just a pet deposit, but a monthly rent because, as the manager explained, they are rough on the landscaping. My cat would beg to differ since he never left the apartment.
When Msr Francais purchased the property he had stars in his eyes. Sacre bleu! Our leases were no renewed and many residents left. When a few units were "upgraded" and offerred for the bargain price of close to $275 per square foot, they were surprised people were not lining up at the doors. What a mess! Now they are the "Luxury Quarry Townhomes" renting for 30% MORE than their already outrageous prices. Still no parking, no overnight visitors without parking permits, still noisy and still cheap apartment grade construction. UGH. Justice for those that were inconvenienced by having to move for the greed of the investors.
