My wife and I just moved out of there into a house. We could not have asked for a better place! The apartments are very nice and the maintenance crew was usually pretty good about getting to requests quickly. Also, this place picks up your trash every MWF! Each unit is spacious, with tall ceilings, nice kitchens, it's own garage, included washer/dryer, complete master bedrooms upstairs and down (at least in our unit), individual thermostat controls for upstairs and down, and lots of space. The front office people were always very friendly and helpful. All the amenities here are up-to-date and functional... the pool area is a great place to hang out and barbecue. The biggest downside to the Quarry Townhomes is that the parking situation stinks. There is visitor parking, but it is often full and a ways away, so we usually had visitors parallel park behind our garage (which most people do). Finally, the other downside is that it is fairly pricey, but I feel that you really do get what you pay for.
