Let me preface this by saying I am a former tenant who was never delinquent or in violation for the year I lived at the Quarry Townhomes. On the contrary, I paid my rent early every month. You will see that management will occasionally write a 5 star review saying the only bad reviews are from bad tenants...this is not the case. I moved into my apartment last summer to find filthy carpets, a broken A/C, & overall shody workmanship of the townhouse. I paid over $300 to have the carpets cleaned after I noticed all my white socks turning black from just walking upstairs (ew)! After argueing with management about the A/C problem & an electric bill over $350, the A/C was finally fixed. Remarkably on the last day, the A/C decided to break down again. This is quite a wonderful way of remembering the reason I hated living there so much in the first place. I received a final letter from management the other day giving a breakdown of charges (and how much I would not be getting back of my deposit). Incredulous! I marked on my initial paperwork all the stains and discrepancies in the place upon move-in. The place was probably the cleanest it had ever been in years when I departed. Lets not forget the time they worked on the sprinkler system for the ump-teenth time and drenched my unpacked boxes in the storage provided in the garage...or the leather couch they dripped water on. I knew I should have sued them then. What an outfit! I thought that since the rent was higher, I would have a better quality of home...not the case. Since the footprint of the grounds are so small, the houses are built like in alleys which is horrible for carrying sound...not to mention the paper thin walls of which you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.
There are so many other options in San Antonio & I hate that my last memory of it will be at this rat-trap. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I understand. For seven years... since August 2002... they have FALSELY misrepresent data and had NEGATIVE information place in my credit report. This is NOT an honorable place to do business. I was on a month - month agreement/lease... and yet they reported that I breech my commitment which is absolute RUBBISH as this management and property are. To everyone everywhere, do NOT RENT from these people or Trammell Crow, they conveyed fictitious content as data. PATHETIC!!!
