The personnel are very rude. Whenever I put in for a service request I asked them to go at a certain time because I had company over and they did it whenever they felt like it and didn't contact me. They never returned my calls. They are real nice when you are trying to move in but once you are in, they dont give a rat's butt about you. They are more concerned about their paycheck than how safe you are.
