First of all ive only been here a year and the property is beautiful but theres its flaws. one is that you have to pay for everything you do if you want to put up blinds outside to keep your patio private for guests YOU CANT!! and if you do you will be told to remove them and then pay $100.00 fee. i have an old dining table with two chairs and i use it on my pation as patio furniture. a couple of months back they had an inspection on the complex and sent me a letter that the owner doesnt want dining tables on the patio and i said WHAT THE ----!! what qualifies you to say that this is a dining table. and they said cause it wasnt small or anything and i said do you even know what patio furniture is and what qualifies you to say that its patio furniture DAMNIT!!!! FURNATURE IS FURNATURE!!! you will not like it here there are so many ----in kids runnning up the steps at night playing around and motorcyclists making the drag sound its outrageous. you cant get sleep so this is noisy ville. also the spiders are big around here i found one in my closet about 4in big and found out that it was poisonous it took pest control 4hrs to remove it then 2 months to spray the building. theres also alot of sugar ants tons and tons of them in your kitchen bedroom and bathroom my apt needed to be fumigated with all kinds of spray and nothing worked. the stupid fire alarms are constantly beeping every 30 mins and by the way they make you change your own battery on those but i found out that they can get fined for not doing it for you so basically there cutting corners oh and another thing one time i was late on my rent cause payroll didnt submit our checks on time and i had to pay the late fees 300 498=798 thats obsurd. my rent was only 498 a month and now i had to pay 798. thats bull ---- im moving out soon and im not turning back. The manager is never there and has her minimum waged paid lease consulatants who dont know ---- about leasing or fees so if i were you DONT RENT HERE. looks can be deceiving.
