I read some of the reviews and the complaint about having to loop all the way around is a pretty stupid complaint..I agree traffic gets bad at times and it is a pain in the butt looping around to get back home. That is not the fault of the complex. The highway will be getting worked on in the future and that may change.
For the real complaints keep reading.
We saw the model and it was a very nice 2 bedroom. We didn't bother looking around any further because they offered a great special and the location was great for us & work.
When our day to move in arrived we show up with the kids & moving truck (hired movers). I go in the apartment to check it out and the housekeeper is there. She was rude about us moving in early. I was not early. The apartment was not ready. I told her finish where she was and we'd keep things in a corner of the living room. She ended up leaving after that. Not sure she really cleaned anything'
So, I take our checklist and make sure everything is ok upon move in. It looked like CRAP!! Overspray paint on door stops, corners weren't painted, the ceiling had spots, the counter top in the kitchen was cracked, and the list goes on from there.
Living here..it's OK..we have a lot of room. Neighbors are ok although on occasion, they are loud jumping above us (shaking the walls). There have been some break-ins on cars and I know the gate can't stop everyone but I've seen residents let strangers enter the complex and strangers just sit at the gate waiting to enter.
I haven't had to deal with the staff much. The leasing agent didn't tell us everything before we moved in and I always see the maintenance staff casually going about their business. When they haul trash to the compactor, it takes 2 or 3 of them to do it. At my last property, it was only 1 guy doing the trash. It's not a hard job. I think maintenance should spend more time making sure the apartments are ready for move in.
Over all..it's a nice place but it has a lot of room for improvement.

I agree about maintenance spending more time making sure apts ready for move in. We had several work orders to start that could have simply been done during the time the apt was vacant.
