Parking is a nightmare. If I get in after 9 then I have to look for parking in areas not made for parking... like all the other folks. Also Don't live in the back unless you want to hear a ball game or the noise from the contruction site. Trash pick-up is always a problem as is car break-ins. Don't know of any security onsite but they can use a uniformed person walking around every so often. Traffic is a big problem, suggest a side road to the the next street. Security gate works just not when you want to go to work pr open for days. OK it's gotten better.
Now the positive. repair response is great, floorplan layout is great and office staff is great.
