We have a 2BR, and it is huge. Moved from a tiny (in comparison) 3BR condo, and am so glad to be back where even small maintenance issues (changing the ac filter, etc.) are taken care of with just a phone call. Haven't been in an apt for years, but this is so much better than what I remember.
With kids, I love that they have activity directors (a Care Team) because I can enjoy parties that aren't just beer bashes, and it is done for me, I can just enjoy.
OFFICE: The office staff changed. Our former staff were gone a lot, and didn't seem to care about concerns (broken items when we moved in) but the new people fixed everything ASAP.
Miss the free breakfasts every Saturday, but they still have the brunches and other things that are interesting.
I recommend the property. The 281 traffic bites, but it is a trade off for location, convenience and ammenities.
