Yeah why don't you tell the world what really happened' They are right some people are really ungrateful. I was really happy with what they did for me. They moved all my furniture and electronics and just everything out of the way from the water. They had their people coming from everywhere to help. I have a friend that his apartment was flooded from someone above and it was sewer water and they didn't even do for them at his apartment complex what they did here for us. They told my friend to go after the resident for RENTERS INSURANCE! I don't recall management treating any of us bad. Think about it and ours wasn't even a sewer water flood it was a clear water flood from the sprinkler. I really feel like they care about us and I will refer friends and family here.

Looks to me like you didn't live there in 2003 either. Why does everyone assume that the apartment flooding that the other person is posting about is the one that everyone else seems to have been involved in? Apparently it was the great flood of the year....whatever.

I think that you should probably get all the facts yourself, before wasting your time writing a response to something you know absolutly nothing about. I don't believe I had a roommate while I lived at this apartment, therefore I am sure you were not there. I have no clue about the GREAT FLOOD of S.A., but I do know about the girl that lived above me who forgot to attach her washer to the wall and flooded my apartment. I also did NOT know you were in my ATTORNEY'S office with me, since that is of course a confidential matter. I am greatful that I was not there for the BIG FLOOD, I am however very ungreatful that I had to pay over $800 dollars a month to live an apartment that was not able to be heated, had paint peeling off the ceiling, no parking, and a just plain aweful apartment complex. I am very happy that you did not experience all the problems that I did. But, I do however hope and wish that you will be cursed with such problems as I was. P.S. If you are going to begin a story in the present tense, finish it in the same tense, you look very ignorant from your WHAT A LIAR story. Thanks for defending me seeyasa, since YOU did deal with the problems that I dealt with.
