I will not be reviewing my lease at the Ravinia. I have lived here for a long time and have seen some really horrible changes within the past year. The staff is not friendly and when they are they just passify you and do not resolve problems. The manager is never there so you are forced to deal with staff who has no authority to make change! I could go on but as long as you know residents are not happy to live here you will hopefully not make the same mistake we did and choose to live in such a poorly managed apartment.

News flash!!! If you anything about that office you would know that the manager has 2 communities!!!!! She has done a lot for this community and its a lot better than it was before she came in. The girls in the office are always VERY helpful and if you ask for the manager to return your phone call she will. The Ravinia has been a great place to live and I thank everyone that works in the office. I do have to say it might take the maintence guys a little longer than usual to get things done but at least they get done.

I WAS THINKING ABOUT RENTING FROM THIS COMPLEX BUT AFTER SEEING THE RESPONSE THE MANAGER GAVE THE THE TENANTS COMPLAINTS I DONT THINK SO! HE/SHE'S RESPONSE IS APALLING I CANT EVEN BELIEVE THIS PERSON IS A MANAGER. THEY ARE SO UNPROFFESIONAL. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THEY NEED A NEW JOB WITH ALL THAT COMPLAINING OF LONG HOURS ETC.AND SEEMS FUNNY HOW THIS MANAGER PUTS IN SO MANY HOURS BUT YET NOTHING SEEMS TO GET DONE..

I am the MANAGER and what you stated above is incorrect. I do have two communities and I work very hard at both. Maybe you have called or come in when I was at my other community. However I am available 24/7 any time, any day of the week for both of my properties. I am the only manager that I know of that comes in at 8:15 in the morning and stays until past closing at both of my properties everyday. Who do you think gets those gates fixed A.S.A.P. and get's the property frontage beautiful every few weeks and walks to make sure the property is nice, neat and clean every week? I just can't believe you have never spoken to me or seen me..... I don't know who you are but please give me a call I would love to talk to you about your problems here. I go out of my way above and beyond most managers would ever do. We are the BEST thing that ever happened to this community. It has never looked better and come on over to my desk so you can see all of the THANK YOU CARDS AND GIFTS we have received for doing such a wonderful job here and for caring so much about our RESIDENTS!
