I've lived in this complex for almost 2 years. I needed more room so I moved to another floorplan. Well, it was an awful experience. My move date got pushed back 2 days..then I was told by someone in the leasing office that I had 3 days to move, then the manager said I had 2. With scheduling time off it was very frustrating. Once I finally got the key, the whole apartment smelled like wet dog & they were still vacuuming when I got there. I was also told one rate for the rent, then come to find out that the amount changed after I already moved my things. I'm glad I signed only a 6th month lease--I'm ready to move!! The neighbors are horribly noisy and those with kids don't appreciate that anyone living under them can hear them stomping and jumping, making the whole place vibrate.

I wanted to say that this was during the ICE STORM and that we had no other choice but to push your transfer date back two days. We did contact you on the first day of the Ice Storm and made you completely aware of the situation. We also had to push the person back whom leased your apartment two days. We stressed to you how sorry we were for the inconveinence but we had no control over mother nature. Because of this we gave you TWO RENT FREE days to move over to your new unit. You were still up set and wanted three but we could't give you three because the other resident was also in need of getting into his new home and we again had to push him back which he understood but could only be pushed back two days and since we couldn't give you three days we also told you that you that you didn't have to clean or worry about anything and we would not charge you for any fees of cleaning, damages or carpet cleaning and we didn't. I thought that you were happy with that decision. I am so sorry you are not. We truly tried to make you happy but we could only do so much. Again we are sorry. Manager
