Lived there for nearly 3 years! Went thru several management changes and seen a lot.
>Management-- great, always willing to help

>location-- right off 281, sucks. but lets face it, texas roads and highways sucks

>pool-- pretty nice, and clean, hot tub can use a makeover

>fitness area-- used to be very nice and clean, now kids have ruined it from breaking glass, equipment etc.. i used the gym almost every day!!! and i policed it when i could. something must be done there.

>parking-- parking sucks. period

>apartments-- nice, 2 bedrooms have a great set-up. the only problem i had was with the garden tub. the caulking around was poorly done when first built. after time, it cracked and eventually turned into a huge void to fill. too much with caulk! the tub was re-caulked several times, and it would always crack. a problem with MOLD
