Not a desireable place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I started renting here around early to mid 2006. The outer appearance of the complex was a bit dilapidated, but the interiors were alright. I had few problems, however, our A/C unit kept going out. After the third incident, maintenance decided to stop putting a "band-aid" on the problem and actually repair it. Then we were fine until approximately summer of 2007. The complex was purchased by a new company, and they decided to improve the grounds, new paint, new pavement on the parking lot, etc. It seemed like it would be for the better.
On the contrary, this is August of 2008, and the pool hasn't been usable more than a few short times, since last summer (2007), and from talking to other tenants, I am not the only one who has trouble getting anything done by this new company. A few of the townhomes have been made up real nice inside. It seems the new owners want to sale some of the units. I guess if they sale them they can make a profit, and they won't have to step-up on the maintenance issue.
Either way, when my lease is up next year, I will be leaving, and I would suggest doing your research, if you want to live in this area. You might have to come here, for whatever reason, but I wouldn't recommend it.
