Duck droppings are abundant,but now they got new rules,like fining you 25 bucks if your dog poops and you don't pick it up.
My question is,who pays the fines for the ducks pooping on the breeze way'
Section 8 is also making their presence felt.
Loud music in cars,men walking around shirtless,and get this,people knocking on your door asking for things.
This place should change their name to Reghetto...it fits better.

I agree with this previous tenant's response. It is completely ghetto. I am still living here and I have noticed on several ocassions some people smoking pot and having intercourse with condoms used and exposed for children to see!!! About a month ago a young female got carjacked by two males and need I say more! There is a lot of activity with individuals walking around looking suspiciously into vehicles late at night to see what can be stolen. As soon as my lease is up I am getting the hell out of hear and never recommend this place to friends, family or co-workers. As for the office folks they are all nice except for the new assistant manager (Denise) who is as slow as molases handling any issues you may have, always has her boyfriend at the office on the weekends when her manager is not there and never getting to any issues that tenants have.

I completely agree with these 2 posts as well. Management is ineffective, always too many "wanderers" in the evenings and yes...people smoking and drinking around the pier at night.

i completely agree ghetto city i moved in 5 years ago and it is going downhill every year.
loud music,ghetto people lurking all night slamming doors running up and down stairs.
I will be moving at the end of my lease this time I finallhad to contact the austin office to get a leak in my window fixed that had rain pouring in from the outside.
also, they have come in done maintenance work and do not leave a slip that they have been there.
They rig things that they can instead of fixing it right the first time.
GET out run run far away!!!!!
