Due to the manager that was barely hired on to the Remington, this property as hit an all time low. Due to the 501c3 bond regulations, a lower class resident has moved into the dwellings all around you. Not saying that the bond makes it this way but, the managerment has pushed applicants though with some rather disturbing past's. This is true because with the right websites you can learn almost anything about your co-residents, and managers. With the Freedom of Information Act you can research your surrounding. Since prior management was following the rules of resident qualifications this was not an issue. Please be advised to get everything in writing because in this buisness you are guilty before proven innocent. So please do your homework before you see any apartments because one night you could go outside and see your neighbors working on there cars radio blarring, residents screaming at each other, dogs left on patio barking for 5 hours straight, people trash diving, people having relations in the so called hot tub, parties that last all the way into the night without an officer reporting to it, and finally and wont be the last managment that just dosent care about the resident.
