The staff for the most part is quite pleasureable. However the Prperty Manger is rude and does not know how to communicate with others in a civilized manner.

Hahaha you must be one of those residents who aren't getting their way about something. Did you break a rule, get caught and now your pissed off because the staff is doing their jobs. Must have, because the entire staff is great and the manager "Kristina" will bend over backwards to help anyone who is a good resident. This is a nice place so stop throwing temper tanturms and writting bad things about good people.

Your neighbor did not move because the gates wasn't lock's,it was other issues and you know why. The aparatment gates are just like your cables/cell phones/home phones and internet services better still think about your body, its up and down. Now the gate issues can be fix if ours neighbor's stop putting brick's to hole open the gates,some time's car's run's into the gate's, Children and friend's climbling on the gate's ect. Please,let us keep it real by offing a solution on how we can make the Remington Apt. a safe area. Nothing is 100% all the time when people are invole's ok, I have nothing but love for my Apt.

Don't know what this person is talking about. But anyway, I've moved now. And I've found out that if you deal with the assistant manager and don't really want a gated community this is your place.
