Have been living here for almost 6 months.
However, we are not too satisfy with the complex. Too many children are riding their bike or playing skate board in the complex. A guy almost hit my car with his skate board last time. I heard some neighbor was playing firecracker in the complex. NOT kidding
Lots of pest. Although office does pest control everyweek but i see no changes on pest situation. Maybe they lied to us about the pest control, who knows '
A/C is cold downstairs and hot upstaris.
The manager/leasing agent are nice. I am satisfy with the leasing office.
It is easy to find a parking spot but the parking lot is too dark. I told them to fix the light in the parking lot in the first day i moved in but they never do. It is very unsafe to park your car here without those light, not to mention personal safety during midnight.
The complex is quiet. Majority of the neighbors are friendly (but not all). Apartment complex is clean although its old but its well maintain.
The maintenance team is the best. They do good job fixing everything and most the most important, they are polite.
I would rate this complex 50 50.
