I am looking at moving into this complex. Can any one who lives there now or previously lived there help me with costs of power and water. If we lived there it would be in the 3 bedroom split level condos. Are the roaches as bad as they say' Is there alot of college kids with loud music'

DO N OT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! I can not warn you enough. my daughter and her cousin moved in November of this last year. It has been HELL ever since. The apartment was filthy. They never did clean the carpet even after we complained. I took down wallpaper in the kitchen to find mold covering the walls. This was reported, NOTHING!! My daughter was continually sick because of the air quality, NOTHING!! The Heater broke, The Air conditioning didn't work, Ants everywhere, and to top it all off, a downstairs window was broken from a child playing (accidents happen) it took them over two months to replace. They are finally releasing us from the lease, THANK GOD. When she refused to pay last months rent bacause of the window they were going to kick them out and charge them an extra $275 plus. Now we are refusing to pay and they say it will be turned over to credit collectors. These people are nothing but thieves who pray on the vulnerable. STAY AWAY!!!!
