I had MAJOR plumbing problems and I learned after the fact from an apartment locator that Riverstone is notorious for plumbing and toilet problems. I had toilet problems and other maintenance issues that were not dealt with in a timely fashion. In addition several cars were vandalized and there was a cas eof assault in addition to several times I saw multiple cop cars inside the complex on various calls. Maintenance does not work on weekends unless in an emergency and they qualify little as an emergency. In addition, the power went out several times as did the water supply with no advance notice. Parking is very scarce after 9PM and on weekends is practically impossible to find. There is VERY poor lighting on the grounds and almost none in the parkign lots. Furthermore, there was always a big pile-up fo trash at the dumpsters which is unsanitary and VERY unsightly. I had neighbors that upom moving out were charged outrageous fees for unreasonable tasks (i.e. they forgot to move the refrigerator and mop underneath). x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
