Nice place, unbelievably loud plumbing, little to no parking

Overall the area is very quiet and safe - it's a great plus that every apartment has a washer and dryer. However, the plumbing is the loudest I have ever encountered. I wake up every morning when my (quiet) neighbors take a shower or run the sink. It's not them, it's the pipes! The pipes also make strange humming sounds, but only around 3 AM, so that when maintenance comes, there's nothing to be found. NOT a place for light sleepers... Also, if you plan to come home after 9PM, expect NOT to find a parking spot even remotely near your apartment - and on weekend nights it's next to impossible to find a space.
