The parking and plumbing does suck, and if you ever loose a parking permit, they will try everything not to give you a new one. Office staff is pretty nice, except one guy. I am not sure that he knows what he is doing, and he does not go out of his way to be nice. It is very quiet(Except the plumbing) and the convenience of the washer and dryer is great. Most appliances are very out of date, but work.
