My A/C has gone out 7 times in the past year & they still haven't fixed it properly. All the appliances are very old & if they happen to stop working the office will go to any extreme to NOT give you a new one. It took them a year to finally stop trying to duct-tape my washing machine back together & finally give me a new one. And when they do repairs they leave your apt a total mess!

The leasing guy in the office is creepy and I have seen him following women around the complex. He alone makes me feel unsafe & wonder how good of a background check they do on these people. Overall, none of the office staff are very friendly or helpful. The staff here does not appreciate the residents here & it shows.

There is very bad/non-existent lighting in some parts of the complex.

Parking is ridiculous if you get home later in the evening. You will have to park in the very back of the complex & then walk through the unlit complex. Also, my car (and several others) was vandalized in the parking lot & I have seen at least 5 cars that have been broken into.

If you do live by the parking lot you can hear everything that happens in the parking lot and it can be quite annoying & loud, especially on weekends. If you do call to complain they will not do anything about it.

Overall, I can't wait till my lease expires.
