I lived here for a year, I thought the inside was nice and pretty, the outside could be nicer.

Positives: Wonderful maintenance, they came and fixed things often the day that I complained. Nice management.

Negatives: Lack of enough parking. Thin walls (my upstairs neighbor sounded like an elephant, my next door one liked to yell at her friends).
