Good bargain....yes! Does that bargain come with a price, YES. I lived here for only one year and within one year I had my vehicle stolen after living here for only TWO WEEKS, and I had another car vandalized. Safety in my opinion is an issue! They have gates that can be locked but choose not to do so. The staff is friendly but the area is not. My overall experience was not good and I couldn't wait to move soon after I moved in. I would not recommend to a friend or anyone else for that matter.

Are you sure you have the right complex? Riverstone Apartments do not have gates that they could close if they wanted and gates are ridiculous anyway because if a person really wants into a complex, they will get in by waiting behind someone else.

I know what gates they are talking about. When you come in the first entrance, (the entrance with the small sign that reads riverstone, not the big sign)there is an iron gate that is there, but has never been closed. Check it out, it's there.
