Quite Impressed!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I will be moving into Riversone in the next couple of days, and already I am very impressed. I've lived in 6 different apartments in 6 years, and this is the first time I've ever been excited about moving someplace. The ladies in the office are extremely nice and accommodating. I had some issues and had to cancel my first attempt at a lease, and at the last minute decided to switch apartments. The ladies at the office had no problem, and really helped me out when they didn't have to. That alone would make me suggest this place. The interiors are recently upgraded, and that's all I really care about. I've had numerous friends live at Riverstone, all of whom mentioned the superb maintenance and management teams, and all of them stayed over 3 years. My only semi-complaint is that, as far as "curb appeal" goes, the complex seems a bit shady, when it's anything but. It just needs a bit of a facelift. Sure Riverstone has its flaws - the grounds are sort of shoddy, the paint is peeling from the buildings a bit, and the plumbing can be a little loud depending on where you are, but Riverstone realy feels like a "home" as opposed to "a place to crash". I look forward to finally living here instead of visiting. :)
