I am a newlywed and have lived here basically since December. The office staff is amazing and is ready to help as soon as you walk in the office door. I've had a few things to get fixed and maintenance was there usually there the same day. The bathroom plumbing is loud when your neighbors use it, but if you close the bathroom door, it's a lot quieter.
I live downstairs and it's not too bad except for when my upstairs neighbor is working his weird work hours- waking up at like 2 in the morning.
If at all possible, don't live in the front unless you have too, parking is hard at night... the walks not too bad as their is a nice sidewalk from wherever you park, but it's hard when you have a bunch of groceries to carry in...
I have never even seen our dumpsters get full!!! Around Christmas time was the fullest I have seen them so far, and even then they only got about 2/3 full.
It's a pretty quiet neighborhood with very good lighting!!
One time my neighbor had a bunch of people over (we saw them when we got home) and we thought we would be able to hear them, but we couldn't hear them at all!!
I love this apartment complex though. The office staff is wonderful and always friendly and there's always home baked goodies in the office!! :D
P.S. I will probably update again before I move out which I don't plan on it anytime soon! :D
