Apartments are ok for the price especially in medical center. Not many ghetto people which is good. Maintenance staff is awesome and get stuff done quick. Now front office people is a different story they are rude and act like you are a bother to them. They want to charge a fee for everything. Not only that but i've caught them trying to come into my apartment for no reason.

Because i didn't request my apartment to be sprayed for bugs. The funny thing is that nobody knocked to see if i was home. i guess they assumed since my vehicle wasn't there i wasn't home. Weird!!

I'm also a resident and as far as the office staff goes, they have all been awesome except for Letty. For some reason she does seem to have the attitude that their job is to police the residents rather than to provide actual customer service. I dread when she answers the phone or when I walk into the office and she is the only one there. She is one of the two reasons I will not be renewing my lease here. It's really unfortunate because I enjoy dealing with the rest of the staff, maintainence included. The other reason is the amount of solicitors that knock on my door.

I agree. Letty is the only one who has a crappy attitude. Shes confrontational and in my opinion highly unprofessional. I have stated that I do not wish for anyone to enter my apartment without my consent but have caught them (Letty) twice now going against my request. Who manages this manager????
