The staff here are terrible. They are rude and utterly unhelpful. Especially Lettie and Roxanne. Do not rent here if you can help it. The grounds are disgusting and the renovations they are supposedly making are superficial at best. They do construction at 8am on the weekends so don't plan on sleeping in on your days off. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything around you. There is never any parking near my building after 6pm on weekdays. If it rains the sidewalks will get muddy and stay that way since no one cleans it up after it stops raining. It is very dark, and not well lit at all. I have seen numerous cars after they've been broken into or have had their wheels stolen. The security here is a joke.
Don't be fooled. The staff will be helpful til you've moved in and then they will be as unhelpful as possible. It is like Jekyll and Hyde.

And DON'T trust the positive reviews here. I have seen the people in the office on the site posting positive reviews themselves. Many of the positive reviews are false and are posted so they can get their approval rating back up.

I agree with you completely, they even responded to a negative one in an anonymous way. I was looking through these myself because I was considering living here. If you look at the one titled "Just Don't" you'll see what I mean. I don't know about you but I think I'll consider some other locations.
